Appointments

For an appointment, you can call us at: 071-5612118, between 08:00 – 10:00 hr. It is not possible to make an appointment by email.
It is possible to make an appointment through MijnGezondheid.net.

When you’re visiting the practice, please park your car on the other side of the road in order to avoid inconvenience to the neighbours. Disabled parking is possible at a very short distance of the practice. Not available on Tuesday!

Telephone consultation

You can request a telephone consultation with the GP. When you phone the practice, our medical assistant will make an appointment for the telephone consultation for you.
The GP will phone you between 12:00 hr and 14:00 hr or after 16:30 hr on the day the appointment has been made.
The telephone consultation is intended to discuss results after examination or short medical problems that can be handled by phone.

House calls

Housecalls are available for elderly patients or patients too sick to come to the practice.
If a housecall is required, please call us between 08:00 hr and 10:00 hr.

Repeat prescription

For repeat prescriptions call the practice and press 1 for the prescription line or make an order online via MijnGezondheid.net.

Prescription line, please provide the following information:

• Date of birth
• Name, address and telephone number
• Medicine, dosage and strength

Repeat prescriptions can be picked up in two days at the pharmacy.

Newly prescribed medicine can normally be picked up at the end of the day at the pharmacy.

Referral

If you’d like to see a medical specialist, a referall from a general practitioner is required.
We realize that you may not be familiar with the Dutch health system. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

No- show rate

For a general practicioner it’s very inconvenient when a patient doesn’t show up for an appointment. It means loss of time for the GP and it’s time in which the GP could’ve seen another patient.
To reduce the number of missed appointments, we will apply a no-show rate from now on.

Use of the no-show rate

• The minimum cancellation period for the appointment is 2 hours. You can only cancel by phoning the practice.
• If you do not cancel the appointment in time, we will charge the no-show rate.
• Force majeure and creative excuses will be honoured. Repeated absences will be charged.
• We have set a no-show rate of 20 euro per consultation.
• We charge a no-show rate to the patient and not to the health insurance. Therefore you must pay the no-show rate to the GP.
