Do you have a complaint? Discuss your dissatisfaction with your GP.
If you’re dissatisfied, we appreciate it if you discuss your dissatisfaction with us. We can work together to find a solution that you agree with, and we, as general practice, can learn from.
If you complete the complaint form at the bottom of this page, your GP will contact you,
If this is difficult for you or you cannot reach an agreement with us, you can discuss your complaint with an independent and impartial complaints officer. The complaints officer will work with you to find a solution to your complaint or problem. The complaints officer can also attempt to mediate between you and the general practice or care provider. The complaints officer does not take sides and therefore cannot judge. Everything you share with the complaints officer is confidential. You can use the complaint form on the Skge website for this. The complaints officer can also be reached by phone at 088-0229190
If you cannot reach a solution with your GP and through mediation with the complaints officer, you can request a ruling on your complaint from the dispute resolution body general practitioner care. This independent committee consists of a chairman (a lawyer) and members representing patients and general practitioners. The committee is assisted by a secretary who is also a lawyer.
The decision of the dispute resolution body is binding. More information can be found at Skge website.
