Video consultation is intended for medical assistance questions that don’t require a physical examination. These are for example:

– Questions about medication
– Discussing results
– Mental health
– Etc.
However, there is a possibility your GP wants to see you at the practice for a physical examination if he/she thinks it’s necessary. If this applies, this will be discussed with you during the video consultation.

How does it work?
1. You want to see your GP for a medical request.
2. You make an appointment by telephone for a video consultation.
